Incredibly convenient location, good value. Fantastic view, a nice balcony, amazing bed, too. The staff were ready to help and full of information about the area. Significant place with marvellous service too. I enjoyed the in-house restaurant with tasty cuisine.

Breakfast was sensational, location was quiet, staff was helpful! 10 min walk to the heart of Skegness. Besides, we parked our car on site.

Excellent value for money for this area. The staff was fabulous and the breakfast was free. We loved to have evening drinks at The Elysium, based nearby. In addition, free WiFi worked fine, and there was car parking on-site.
